 We used to eat Barely.

The bread in the Middle East used to be made out of barely. Now, we eat white flour that is highly processed and not good for us. The price is main the reason that we switched to white flour. We are also tricked into thinking that barely is for animal feed only. We should be eating barely since it is something that is grows in valleys in the Middle East and it is good for human consumption.

Childhood vaccine schedule is not what we thought

Dr. McCullough Delivers Message All Parents Need to Hear. In the message he said, “this childhood vaccine schedule is not what we thought... I’m telling you, in total, it doesn’t look good.” The 1986 Vaccine Injury Act even admits vaccines come with “unavoidable harms.” I am not sure if it all true. I am still going to give my kids vaccines. 

Dry Scalp not dandruff

Lance Baker makes the claim that shampoos don't solve the problem that they claim that they are fighting. The claiming or what people think they are fighting is dandruff, but in reality they are fighting dry scalp. Shampoos like the name brand shampoos make the the scalp more dry which leads to more dry scalp and more flakes.
